Choosing a book
An important part of this project is selecting the right book to read. There are many ways to locate a fascinating novel, but remember, it must take place between the founding of the United States and the 1930s.

Choose a "Double Duty" Book.
There are many novels you can use for this project that are also on the Recommended Reading List for your English classes. If you read one of these, you can use it for your book talk also! Click here for a list of double-duty books.
Search the Library.
